Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and manage budgets. The role requires leadership of a high-volume team, strong data analysis, and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with logistics and procurement teams, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining a positive, results-driven culture. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in warehouse or operations.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance.
• Proficient in WMS and ERP tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
• Manage reports and daily P&L reporting; participate in P&L calls with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movement to reduce costs.
• Lead and motivate staff; provide training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and customer needs.
