Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments. The role focuses on productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement while guiding supervisory and frontline teams.

1st Shift: 6:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday-Friday. You will collaborate cross-functionally to meet SLAs and drive customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on safety and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of warehousing/distribution management experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Broad understanding of business operations and strategies; align team performance with goals.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting, analysis, and data-driven decisions.
• General knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Monitor performance against daily KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Maintain customer compliance, ensuring processing times and accuracy.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory accuracy via cycle counts and controls.
• Lead warehouse staff and handle scheduling, labor planning, and team development.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
