DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in contract logistics, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead a diverse team of supervisors, drive efficient warehouse operations, and uphold safety standards.

This role guides process optimization, KPI reporting, and talent development across more than 500 facilities and 50,000 associates, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and cost-conscious execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, goal setting and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to hire Supervisors and ensure talent alignment with values and requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and meet expectations.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional satisfaction.
