Job summary

As a General Manager III at DHL Supply Chain, you will oversee the full operation of our distribution warehouses, traveling up to 75% to drive national initiatives and optimize performance. You will lead Operations Managers and staff, implement strategic processes, and ensure safety and efficiency across facilities, contributing to DHL's reputation as a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment required.
• 3PL/contract logistics experience preferred.
• Staff management experience required.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
• Utilize WMS and automation to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget to support the site.
• Present Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews to customers.
