Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a General Manager II – Distribution to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouses across the network. You will oversee receiving, storage, and shipping, drive strategic process improvements, and guide a team of Operations Managers to deliver safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes P&L responsibility, cost optimization, vendor management, and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience leading teams and staff development.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Lead a team of Operations Managers and staff, fostering safety and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize WMS and automation to monitor inventory and performance.
• Prepare and present reports and MB/RQBR to customers.
