Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a General Manager III to oversee a national warehouse network, driving efficiency, safety, and profitability. You will lead Operations Managers, shape strategic processes, and ensure service quality across facilities.

Responsibilities include optimizing logistics operations, managing vendor relations and P&L, and presenting performance reviews to customers. A strong track record in 3PL and distribution is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Utilize WMS and technology to track inventory and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and cost-effective services.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and oversee site P&L.
