Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports, building an inclusive team culture.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardized processes, and best practices.
• Uphold health and safety compliance and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Compile KPI reports (productivity, accuracy) to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership for hiring Supervisors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
