Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution or related environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plan labor scheduling and space utilization.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Meet client KPIs and adhere to SOPs.
• Communicate with senior management and clients on critical issues.
