Job summary

PFNonwovens Group is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee operations at the Hazleton site. You will supervise line pullers, pumpers, shippers, leads, dock management, and ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage of finished goods and raw materials.

You will drive safety initiatives, train staff on equipment, and coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Five+ years in Materials/Logistics Leadership role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience training teams on safety and equipment.
• Ability to manage GMP, FDA, and ISO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive safety initiatives for all warehouse operations.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Perform shift changeover meetings and ensure workload is completed.
• Coach team-members on safety & production.
• Assist managers with adherence to company policies and annual reviews.
• Ensure proper silos are filled with correct resin for continuous operations.
• Staff appropriately through supervision and communication.
