Job summary

PFNonwovens Group in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Warehouse Superintendent for the night shift (7pm-7am) to lead our warehouse operations at the Green Mountain sites. You will supervise line pullers, shippers, and leads, drive safety initiatives, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate with production to maintain uninterrupted materials flow.

This role requires 5+ years in logistics leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Materials/Logistics Leadership.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse systems.
• Experience coaching and training staff.
• ERP system experience, preferably JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive safety initiatives for all warehouse operations.
• Supervise line pullers, shippers, and leads, with proper workload distribution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control; handle shipping and transfers.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely material availability.
• Lead shift changeover meetings and coach on safety and production.
• Enforce GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations; conduct internal audits.
