Job summary

PFNonwovens seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at the Hazleton site, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant warehouse performance. The role includes supervising Line Pullers, Pumpers, Shippers, Leads, and Dock activities, while coordinating with production and QA to maintain inventory accuracy and timely material flow.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), strong communication, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ERP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive safety initiatives for all warehouse operations.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Conduct shift changeover meetings and ensure workloads are completed.
• Coach team-members on safety and production.
• Assist managers with policy adherence and annual reviews.
• Ensure proper silos are filled with correct resin for continuous operations.
• Maintain staffing through effective supervision and communication.
• Implement daily IL verifications and monitor scrap processes.
• Train team on procedures for shipments, inventory accuracy and material handling.
