Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise operations and lead a warehouse team at our Hazle Township facility. You will ensure standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met, working with Operations leadership.

Responsibilities include training and assigning duties, managing shipments, planning production, maintaining inventory, and reporting to plant personnel. The role requires flexibility, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and comfort with cold or hot storage

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work in variable temperatures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and organize merchandise; maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while keeping time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
