Job summary

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of plant equipment and processes.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Notify safety hazards and take corrective action.
• Lead shift activities: planning, troubles calls, repairs, and documentation.
• Conduct team meetings and training; mentor new hires.
• Coordinate with departments and manage cross-team communications.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure proper documentation.
