Job summary

Lineage seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Hazleton to supervise the warehouse team, coordinate with Operations leadership, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and uphold company standards for service. You will lead the team, manage shipments, inventory, and production scheduling while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication, and the ability to work in varied temperatures with PPE.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20F/-25C to 100F/37C with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, records control, and purchasing.
