Job summary

PFNonwovens LLC in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Warehouse Superintendent Nightshift to oversee the warehouse operations at the 101 Green Mountain site and the 69 Green Mountain Road Location, ensuring safety, accuracy and continuous production support.

You will supervise line pullers, packers, shippers, and leads; manage dock operations, inventory control, and adherence to GMP, FDA and ISO guidelines; lead training, audits, and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a Materials/Logistics Leadership role.
• Experience leading a logistics organization from reactive to proactive culture.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
• Ability to train team members on expectations, procedures, policies, and mobile equipment.
• Ability to be a change agent, leading staff by example.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive safety initiatives for all warehouse operations.
• Supervise Line Pullers, Pumpers, Shippers & Leads; manage dock activities and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate mobile equipment training and related maintenance.
• Ensure proper silos are filled with correct resin for continuous operations.
• Staffing through supervision and clear communication.
• Conduct shift changeover meetings and verify workload.
• Train new hires on equipment and procedures; operate AGV with software/vision.
• Perform audits and maintain inventory controls; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate warehouse activities and quality procedures.
