Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred three years or more technical/maintenance experience in process manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to perform duties without direct supervision.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift maintenance activities and assign tasks to technicians.
• Respond to safety hazards and take corrective action.
• Maintain documentation and reports for maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager.
• Conduct daily shift turnover and training sessions.
• Support improvements of line performance metrics.
