Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a GM Warehouse Operations leader to supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, movement and shipping of products.

You will focus on delivering excellent customer service and supporting retail stores and the Store Support Center. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and WMS experience in a large-scale warehouse environment, with emphasis on OSHA safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in General Business or related field.
• Five years of relevant experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (Manhattan preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, movement and shipping of goods.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures and safety protocols (OSHA).
• Plan space, layouts and workflow for a 1M+ square foot facility.
• Prepare budgets and payroll projections; monitor expenses.
• Provide leadership to warehouse supervisors and staff.
• Ensure accuracy of records and compliance with company policies.
