Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and coordinate with Receiving and Operations teams.

You will ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy of shipping, receiving, inventory, and audits, while training staff and enforcing SOPs to maintain a productive workplace.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong mathematical calculation skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to manage safety programs and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions and staging of products.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Ensure safety programs and SOP compliance; train associates.
• Handle disciplinary actions and resolve employee inquiries.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient operations and data entry.
• Prepare Activity Reports for management and monitor paperwork flow.
