Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a GM Warehouse Operations to lead all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory, movement and shipping. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and supporting retail stores and the Store Support Center.

Responsibilities include establishing procedures, planning layouts, budgeting, and maintaining safety compliance. Experience with a large 1M+ sq ft facility and Manhattan WMS is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in General Business or related field.
• Five years of relevant warehouse/distribution experience.
• Experience with warehouse processes and safety training.
• Proven track record of improving operations and delivering results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational procedures for receiving, storage, inventory, movement and shipping.
• Determine space requirements and plan warehouse layout considering SKU turnover and item dimensions.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets including payroll projections.
• Maintain warehouse process descriptions and flowcharts; ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide leadership to Warehouse Supervisors and supervise staff.
• Maintain a large-scale warehouse environment (1M+ sq ft) with strong safety practices (OSHA).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations; drive high-quality customer service.
