Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy for decision-making.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and staff.
• Assist HR and site leadership with hiring Supervisors and talent selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
