Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Materials/Inventory Administrative Specialist to manage storage, receipt, and distribution of materials used in overhaul projects. This full-time role requires ensuring items are tracked by work order numbers, properly identified, and issued to the correct job plans.

Ideal candidate has 6+ years of admin support experience in industrial engineering settings, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Newforma and Deltek

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in an industrial engineering environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with Newforma and Deltek Vision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized work areas for the storage, receipt and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Ensure materials are received and stored by work order number and issued to the correct job plan.
• Perform weekly audits of the planning database vs orders placed to ensure timely completion.
• Track the receipt of long lead materials and overhaul materials and provide status reports.
• Coordinate unloading of materials and equipment from delivery vehicles and verify proper identification/markings.
