You will audit orders, verify shipments, resolve discrepancies, use systems like Newforma or Deltek Vision, and collaborate with suppliers, the cost manager, and overhaul teams. High school diploma and 6+ years admin experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience providing administrative support, preferably in industrial environments.
• Knowledge and application of company standards and office procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Attention to detail, proofreading, and confidentiality are essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized work areas for storage, receipt and distribution of materials by work order numbers.
• Audit planning databases, track long lead material, and verify shipments against orders.
• Coordinate unloading, staging, and distribution of materials; resolve discrepancies with purchasing.
• Generate reports and support planning with accurate material documentation.
• Use systems like Newforma and Deltek Vision as needed; liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
