Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Memphis seeks a QA/QC Coordinator to support site QA/QC activities across pre-overhaul and execution phases. You will review job plans, assist foremen with work familiarization, and maintain QA/QC tracking during daily updates.

You will sign off on completed work packages and coordinate with Operations for final review. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of administrative experience in industrial engineering settings, strong attention to detail, and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required; advanced coursework preferred.
6+ years of experience providing administrative support, preferably in an industrial engineering environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficient with Newforma and other software as needed.
Extreme attention to detail and excellent proofreading/grammar.
Strong verbal and written communication; able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Pre-Overhaul: review each job plan for work in the assigned area and coordinate with foremen for familiarization.
During Execution: collect status updates for all jobs, report at daily schedule update meetings, and track QA/QC completeness.
Attend SCR meetings to understand new work, sign completed work packages, and hand over to Operations after sign-off.
