Hargrove and Associates, Inc. is seeking a materials/logistics administrator to manage storage, receipt, and distribution of project materials. You will ensure materials are received and issued by work order numbers, and kept aligned with job plans and databases.

Responsibilities include ordering, tracking long-lead items, audits, and coordinating unloads with the Overhaul teams. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office and project systems are required.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail with strong proofreading and grammar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Maintain organized work areas for storage, receipt and distribution of materials.
• Track receipt of long lead materials and reconcile against orders.
• Audit planning database vs orders and provide weekly reports.
• Coordinate unloading and staging of materials by work order number.
• Communicate material requirements and coordinate deliveries to job sites.
