Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an experienced Turnaround Planner (E&I) in Memphis to support site turnarounds. You will prepare work plans, attach critical documents, and coordinate with foremen for efficient execution. Strong scheduling, cost control, and communication skills are essential.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning and estimating, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset for seamless handoffs to QA/QC and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial planning experience.
• Ability to schedule, cost control and estimation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job plans for all work in assigned area.
• Attach documentation to plans (drawings, photos, procedures).
• Coordinate with foremen for work familiarization.
• Collect status updates and report at daily schedule updates.
• Ensure handoff to QA/QC and Operations; close out job packs.
