Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator for our Memphis site. You will review job plans, support foremen, and track QA/QC progress through daily meetings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced coursework preferred.
• 6+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in an industrial engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of office administration procedures and company standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Newforma or similar project collaboration software.
• Excellent proofreading, grammar, and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Overhaul: review each job plan to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with foremen to assist work familiarization.
• During Execution: collect status updates and report at daily schedule meetings.
• Develop or use a tracking tool to report QA/QC completeness daily.
• Attend daily SCR meetings to understand new work.
• Sign work packages for completed jobs in your area.
• Hand signed job packets to Operations after field review.
