Job summary

McLane in Danville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and related facility systems. You’ll diagnose issues, source parts, and weld or fabricate as needed while documenting spare parts usage and labor.

The role requires a technical degree and several years of industrial maintenance experience, including forklift and pallet jack knowledge. The company offers strong benefits and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical degree; professional training is preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers and carts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other DC equipment such as refrigeration, plumbing, lighting and doors.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot malfunctions using specifications.
• Research parts and tools; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Ensure spare parts usage, inventory and labor are documented.
• Work safely to prevent injury and equipment damage.
