Job summary

McLane is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment at our distribution center. You will diagnose issues, source parts, weld and fabricate as needed, and ensure accurate tracking of parts and labor.

The role requires a technical degree and 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including forklift-related work. OSHA awareness and basic computer skills are essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional industrial maintenance experience, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
• Read and understand electrical schematics and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with maintenance databases (MP2, DataStream 7i or Maintenance Connection).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, dock doors, air systems, racking, tote washers, and painting.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions using specifications.
• Research parts, tools, and technology; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Track spare parts usage, inventory and labor actions.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.
