Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance II teammate in Memphis, TN to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and distribution center systems.

You will analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot malfunctions, research parts, weld as needed, and ensure accurate inventory and labor tracking. The role requires a technical degree, 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and knowledge of electrical schematics and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent preferred for maintenance work.
• Experience with material handling equipment and safety standards.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and perform troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other DC equipment such as refrigeration, plumbing, and lighting.
• Diagnose malfunctions using specifications and repair as needed.
• Research parts and tools; weld and fabricate when required.
• Track spare parts usage, inventory and labor actions accurately.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage to assets.
