Job summary

McLane is hiring for a Warehouse Maintenance II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment across our distribution centers. The role includes handling refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, dock doors, and racking systems, with a focus on safety and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with forklifts and related equipment, and the ability to read electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.
• Experience using maintenance databases (MP2, DataStream 7i, Maintenance Connection).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other distribution center equipment including refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, doors, and racking.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot malfunctions using specifications.
• Research parts, tools, and technology; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Ensure spare parts usage, inventory and labor actions are tracked and documented.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
