Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Concord, NC seeks a Warehouse Maintenance II teammate to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and distribution center systems. You may train junior mechanics and assist with general building maintenance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, sourcing parts, welding as needed, and ensuring accurate tracking of parts, inventory, and labor while maintaining safety standards. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other DC equipment such as refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, docks, air systems, racking, tote washers, and painting.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions using available specifications.
• Research parts and tools; weld and fabricate as needed.
