Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance management experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Completion of all eight RETA courses.
• HAZMAT certification.
• Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program completed within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities in a refrigerated warehouse.
• Plan and assign work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Develop, implement, and modify preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to codes for mechanical, electrical, and safety requirements.
• Resolve maintenance issues and plan future repairs.
• Support budget planning and long-term facility improvements.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by enforcing safety policies.
• Collaborate with management on budgets and capital expenditures.
