The role requires 5+ years in warehouse maintenance management, a high school diploma or GED, RETA coursework, and HAZMAT certification. Americold’s program supports career development and long-term facility improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance management experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of all eight RETA courses.
• HAZMAT certification.
• Successful completion of the Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations in a refrigerated warehouse.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for machines, tools, equipment and utility systems.
• Plan and assign work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Develop, implement, and modify preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and municipal/state codes compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and capital expenditure planning for long-term improvements.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and visitors.
