Avantor’s Lab and Production Services team in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a stock and inventory coordinator. You will place orders in IM and SAP, receive and organize shipments, and maintain optimal stock levels in a high-powered lab environment.

This role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of material handling experience, plus strong computer skills and the ability to follow procedures. You will work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and join a collaborative team dedicated to

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of material handling and inventory replenishment experience is required.
• Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred
• Experience using inventory management systems such as Inventory Manager (IM) and SAP.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working with various software systems.
• Ability to manage and maintain stock levels in a high-powered environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in lab inventory management or a related field is a plus

Responsabilités

• Place orders in the necessary computer systems (Inventory Manager (IM), SAP).
• Assist in the set-up of new stocking locations.
• Receive, inspect, label, organize, and put away orders from RDC and direct from supplier shipments.
• Monitor and update signage and labels as needed
• Review, maintain, and adjust inventory stocking levels according to demand increases and decreases.
• Monitor Received Stock, UOM, and 90 Day No Move reports monthly.
• Review backorders daily
• Assist end users with sourcing products, expediting, and various other customer service needs. Utilize IM and SAP to source requests and needs.
• Ensure 5S principles are followed in managing the POU inventory
• Respond to all emails and voicemails regarding all business questions promptly and professionally with a proper answer or direction.
• Enter or delete products from the Inventory Manager system using the Change Control Form as needed.
