Job summary

Avantor is seeking an inventory clerk for King of Prussia, PA. The role supports Lab and Production Services by handling inventory, processing orders, and maintaining accurate stock levels in a high-powered environment.

Responsibilities include using Inventory Manager and SAP, setting up stocking locations, and ensuring 5S principles are followed. Strong communication and independence are essential in this team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years material handling/inventory replenishment experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and basic software systems.

Responsibilities

• Place orders in Inventory Manager (IM) and SAP.
• Set up new stocking locations.
• Receive, inspect, label, organize and store orders from RDC and supplier shipments.
• Monitor signage and labels; maintain stock levels.
• Review backorders and adjust stocking levels as needed.
• Assist users with sourcing products and expediting requests.
