Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager of Warehouse & Kitting Operations to lead cross‑site teams across the CAR T supply chain, ensuring accurate kit assembly, traceability, and on‑time material delivery to manufacturing. The role requires strategic and hands‑on leadership across multiple shifts in a validated environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, leverage Excel, Power BI and AI tools for performance reporting, maintain cGMP compliance, and partner with Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience in materials management, warehousing, kitting, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations in a validated WMS across the CAR T supply chain network.
• Oversee material transfers between sites and coordination with a 3PL facility for timely supply.
• Lead kitting operations aligned with the manufacturing schedule and BOM accuracy.
• Resolve shortages and expedite with a sense of urgency in cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete traceability across ambient, cold‑storage, and cryogenic environments.
