• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor and develop exceptional people.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify growth opportunities for supervisors and associates.
• Ensure training for CAR‑T GMP manufacturing.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain, MS&T, EHS and F&E.
• Establish and track KPIs and pursue continuous improvement through lean manufacturing.
