Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for CAR-T, based in Summit, NJ. You will lead a team on the 5 p.m.–5:30 a.m. onsite night shift (Sunday–Wednesday, with every other Wednesday off) to ensure compliant CAR-T production in a cGMP setting.

You will drive training, CAPA, deviation management, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Science & Technology to sustain performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, biotechnology, or related field.
• Experience in regulated cGMP manufacturing environments (biologics/cell therapy preferred).
• Prior managerial leadership in CAR-T or aseptic manufacturing beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliant execution of commercial CAR-T manufacturing in cGMP environment.
• Provide training, coaching, and real-time support for schedule adherence.
• Drive process qualification and manufacturing readiness; ensure data integrity and right-first-time performance.
