Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking a Material Operations Lead for Warehouse Cell Therapy. This on-site role spends ~90% on the floor, directing shipping/receiving, material put-away, and CGMP tasks to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm. You’ll collaborate with QA, Planning and QC, supervise routine operations, and help cross-train in Kitting and Product Services to support production. Experience in biotech logistics and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in CGMP biotech shipping/receiving/warehousing.
Proficiency with SAP or ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience with domestic and international shipping.
Cold chain receipt and packing experience.
CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide floor support for direction, prioritization, and troubleshooting.
Triage quality events and escalate to management.
Update controlled documents in the Document Management System.
Execute deviations and records in the Quality Management System.
Suggest process improvements to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
Prepare and pack-out CGMP temperature-controlled materials for off-site shipment per DOT/IATA.
Coordinate shipments with network peers using established processes.
Operate powered industrial trucks and pallet wrappers safely.
Cross-train into Kitting and Product Services to support production.
