Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing to oversee Cell Therapy manufacturing operations on a 24/7 schedule. You will lead Manufacturing Managers and Work Centered Teams, ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and batch records while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Manufacturing Managers and WCT members execute Cell Therapy manufacturing in compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, WIs, batch records, safety expectations, and ALCOA+ principles.
• Maintain hands-on process expertise across unit operations; support MRB data collection and weekend/technical coverage.
• Lead deviation troubleshooting and quality record ownership as BPO/BTA; ensure timely deviation entries and prevent recurrence.
