Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Material Handler for CAR‑T warehouse operations in Summit, NJ. You will manage inventory, Kitting, and material handling within cleanroom environments, ensuring GDP-compliant processes in a team setting and across designated shifts.

The role requires knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated environments, basic math, and MS Office proficiency, with eligibility to work in controlled environments and potential cross-site duties at Summit and Warren NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience.
• Associate/ Medical Technical degree with 0–2 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience.
• High School diploma/GED with 2–4 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory control: cycle counts, material stocking, scrapping.
• Manages material expiry, allocation, kitting, and maintains material condition requirements.
• Quantifies and maintains materials in production dispensary.
• Receives apheresis materials and prepares final product shipments for couriers.
• Maintains production schedule timing to ensure on-time logistics.
• Records material handling data according to GDP standards.
• Works in a cross-functional team to complete warehousing tasks.
• Flexibility to work across Summit and Warren NJ sites.
