Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Material Handler in CAR-T Warehouse Operations in Summit/Warren, NJ. You will manage materials for CAR-T production, maintain GDP-compliant documentation, and support cross-functional teams on the shift schedule.

The role emphasizes inventory control, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards, with a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift and a 10% differential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cGMP/FDA regulated industry standards.
• Solid basic mathematical skills.
• Technical writing capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience or familiarity with inventory control and/or management.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control, cycle counts, stocking, and scrapping.
• Manage material expiry, allocation, and condition to ensure production readiness.
• Quantify and maintain materials in the production dispensary with precision.
• Uphold on-time logistics by following the production schedule.
• Document material handling data per GDPs in a clear format.
• Support quality investigations as needed.
• Provide coverage across Summit and Warren, NJ sites.
• Be available for overtime when business needs arise.
• Adhere to cGMP requirements in all tasks.
