Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a seasoned leader to manage warehouse and kitting operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will oversee a cross-functional team, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement across CAR T supply chains.

You will lead training programs, manage CAPA processes, and partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality to deliver on manufacturing schedules while upholding safety standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP/GDP and quality systems.
• Willingness to travel 5% - 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations within a validated WMS and CAR T supply chain network.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, staging, kitting, and storage areas to be compliant, efficient, and safe.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive CAPA and deviation reviews and communicate outcomes.
• Develop training curricula and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
