Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; no advanced degree required.
• 3+ years of end-user support experience, 1+ year IT support.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server, Office Suite, TCP/IP networking, VPN, data backup, virus protection, and network monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent problem-solving.
• Ability to participate in on-call support within a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and analyze warehouse operational equipment and systems.
• Support PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Install and configure software and peripherals on multiple computers.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and systems.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and maintenance.
• Identify equipment shortages and place orders.
• Coordinate between technical operations and production operations.
• Follow GMP and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all safety rules and assist in enforcement.
