Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user support experience.
• 1+ year of IT support experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10, Server products, Office, TCP/IP, VPN, data backup, antivirus, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to participate in on-call support in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and analyze warehouse equipment and systems.
• Plan short- and long-term strategies for warehouse operations.
• Support PowerShell scripting/automation.
• Interface between technical and production operations.
• Package software installations across multiple computers.
• Ensure network and system security and privacy.
• Troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Set up workstations with required peripherals.
• Verify hardware functionality (HDD, mice, keyboards).
• Install and configure software per specifications.
• Train users on new software and equipment.
• Maintain repair logs and a maintenance schedule.
• Identify shortages and place orders.
• Adhere to GMP and report noncompliance; follow safety rules.
