Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Support Technician to maintain and support computer systems and networks in a 3PL warehouse environment. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, warehouse process knowledge, RF equipment, and strong attention to detail.

The position is based in West Jordan, UT with a night shift schedule. Competitive salary with bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and other benefits are offered. On-call support may be required in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of end-user support experience.
• 1+ year of IT support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP networking, VPN technologies, data backup, antivirus and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize warehouse performance.
• Troubleshoot and analyze warehouse equipment and systems.
• Plan short- and long-term goals for warehouse operations.
• Support PowerShell scripting/automation.
• Manage software installations across multiple computers.
• Ensure network and system security and privacy.
• Provide user orientation on new software and hardware.
