Job summary

ID Logistics US in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Support Technician or Sr. IT Warehouse Support Technician to maintain and support computer systems and networks in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment.

The role requires knowledge of warehouse processes, software, hardware, RF equipment and internet applications, with strong troubleshooting and attention to detail. Travel up to 25% and a salary of $65,000–$68,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user support experience.
• 1+ year of IT support experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and analyze warehouse operational equipment and systems.
• Support PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Set up workstations and peripherals.
• Ensure network and system security and privacy.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in on-call support in a 24/7 environment.
• Own the relationship between technical operations and production operations.
