Job summary

Idlogistics is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Support Technician for its Atlanta warehouse to maintain and support computer systems, networks, and RF equipment in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, configuring workstations, and ensuring security and performance across warehouse operations. 3+ years in end-user/IT support and on-call availability are required, with travel up to 25% and day shifts in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user support experience.
• 1+ year of IT support experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10, Server products, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, data backup and security.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to participate in on-call support in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot warehouse systems and equipment.
• Set up workstations and peripheral devices.
• Install software and configure networked equipment.
• Maintain logs, track maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate between technical and production operations.
• Identify shortages and place orders.
• Follow GMP and report noncompliance.
• Assist in safety compliance.
• Provide user orientation for new software.
