Job summary

GEODIS in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Senior Warehouse Customer Service Representative to monitor service calls, input data, process contract forms, and track shipments.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, with familiarity of Tier 1/2 warehouse management systems. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Exposure to Tier 1 or 2 warehouse management system or comparable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors service calls to observe CSRs' demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.
• Inputs information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints.
• Completes contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders.
• Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracking information.
