Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily DC activities and oversee staff in Carlisle, PA. The role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory control, and efficient labor use while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will schedule work, train new hires, and drive continuous improvement. Experience with warehouse systems and MS Office is essential; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related warehouse and/or distribution center experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and systems.
• Ability to read/interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervise staff and direct work on order fulfillment, inventory, stocking, and material handling.
• Prepare work schedules and manage labor hours and payroll in timekeeping system.
• Interview and train prospective and new team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety, policies, and ISO9002 procedures.
